American Airlines has launched its SalesLink Insights portal
for corporate travel managers, as well as new priority access and automatic
reaccommodation perks for corporate travelers. American began
testing the SalesLink Insights portal with about 50 corporate accounts late
last year, and it now is available to all corporate customers. The portal
provides air program data, updated weekly, showing how corporates are
performing against contract requirements. For travelers, meanwhile, new perks
apply to all whose tickets were issued under American's corporate travel
agreements. Those travelers all will receive priority access for security lines
and boarding, regardless of their fare type or status. They also will receive
priority for automatic reaccommodation during irregular operations.
