Air Canada has made a pair of executive appointments, naming
Michael Rousseau to the new position of deputy CEO and CFO and Craig
Landry as EVP of operations, both effective Jan.
1. Both are based in Montreal, reporting to Air Canada president and CEO
Calin Rovinescu. Rousseau, who currently serves as Air Canada's EVP and CFO, was named Canada's CFO of the Year for 2017 by
Financial Executives International Canada, PwC Canada
and Robert Half.
Landry is currently SVP of revenue optimization
for Air Canada. In his new role, he will oversee business areas including flight
operations, systems operations control, maintenance and engineering and
customer relations. He previously held executive roles at loyalty and data
analytics provider Aeroplan.
