Elena Donio, who recently left her position as
president of Concur, will become CEO of technology legal and contracting
services firm Axiom on Nov. 30. She will replace co-founder and CEO Mark Harris,
who has moved into the role of executive chairman, and she also will join the
board. On Nov. 1, Concur announced it had appointed Mike
Eberhard to replace Donio as president. Donio was with Concur for 18 years.
