Air passenger compensation claim firm Refund.me this week
launched a web portal designed to allow corporate buyers and travel agencies to
process and recover compensation due business travelers for flight delays and
cancellations. Refund.me and its competitors manage the claim process for
inconvenienced travelers under European
Union regulations and charge a percentage fee for any compensation
successfully recovered. The Refund.me portal is customizable to individual
corporate travel programs and "is equipped with advanced security,
performance and management features ensuring data, claim status, payments and
reports are secure, robust and reliable," according to the company.
