Tokyo-based travel management company Kintetsu International has partnered with spend optimization platform Oversee to provide air and hotel reshopping capabilities for Kintetsu's clients, the companies announced.
Oversee—formerly FairFly—is being deployed as part of Kintetsu's KiSave savings program, monitoring airfares and hotel rates after bookings and automatically rebooking when it discovers savings opportunities. Rebookings are compliant with travel policy, the companies said.
"Corporate travel pricing has never been more fluid," Kintetsu director of corporate planning William Sarcona said in a statement. "With ongoing economic uncertainty, we are finding many of our clients are more cost-conscious than ever and are seeking products that align with their mission to secure the best pricing possible and to reduce their overall travel expenditures."
Oversee said its reshopping capabilities are able to integrate with Kintetsu's existing workflows.
