Christopherson Business Travel has signed a multiyear agreement with Sabre Corp. designating the company as its primary technology partner, the companies announced.
As a part of that agreement, the length of which was not disclosed, Christopherson will shift its operations to a suite of Sabre solutions including the Sabre Red 360 booking platform for agents, Sabre APIs for content including New Distribution Capability offers and Automated Exchanges and Refunds for post-booking servicing, according to the companies. The content will help power Christopherson's Andavo travel management platform as well.
In a statement, Christopherson chief technology officer Chad Maughan said Sabre's infrastructure "gives us the operational control and extensibility we need to improve how we connect, optimize and grow."
Christopherson had been working with Travelport and was among the first of North American TMCs to upgrade to its Travelport Plus offering.
