The third-quarter average daily rate at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts decreased 2.4 percent year over year,

the company reported on Tuesday. Occupancy rose 1 percentage point to 61.4 percent across Wyndham’s 7,760 properties. The company’s development pipeline consists of 910 hotels and more than 122,800 rooms, of which 61 percent is in international markets and 68 percent is new-construction builds. The company’s third-quarter lodging revenue was $357 million, a 13 percent year-over-year increase.
