HRG Bookings Up 2% April Through June
The number of bookings handled by Hogg Robinson Group during the second and third quarters rose 2 percent, even while the amount of money its clients spent fell by the same amount. In North America, for example, bookings fell 1 percent while spend fell a much more precipitous 8 percent. Overall, air bookings were flat, rail reservations rose 7 percent and hotel bookings rose 2 percent. Revenue fell year over year from £162.3 million to £155.9 million, including Europe's drop from £104.2 million to £98.7 million.
