Red Lion Hotels Corp. CFO Nate Troup is leaving the company, Red Lion announced. His last day will be May 29, after which he will join tech firm Twilio as VP and global controller. Troup held the position for just two months after replacing Julie Shiflett, who left the company in March.
Red Lion has hired Gary Kohn, a financial consultant "with extensive public company chief financial officer experience to support RLHC during the transition and until a replacement can be identified," the company said in a statement.
In November 2019, CEO Greg Mount left the company amid third-quarter losses after six years at the helm. Red Lion replaced him with industry veteran John Russell Jr. as interim CEO.
