BCD Travel is increasing its stake in affiliate
Acendas Travel as one of Acendas' owners, Gary Davis, plan to retire. Acendas,
which has co-headquarters in Mission, Kan., and Eden Prairie, Minn., has been a
BCD partner for more than 14 years and will continue to operate under its
current name as an affiliate.
