T&E platform Rydoo can automatically populate Uber for Business receipts into Rydoo's expense app. Employees then can submit those expenses with a single click. In August, Uber for Business announced its intention to integrate with Rydoo, along with Expensya, Happay, Zeno by Serko and Zoho Expense. The ride-hailing giant previously integrated with Concur, Certify, Chrome River and Expensify. According to Certify's latest SpendSmart study, Uber was the most-frequently expensed brand by business travelers in North America in the third quarter of 2018, accounting for nearly 11 percent of expenses Certify processed during the quarter.
Rydoo was launched in June 2018 by Sodexo, which built the platform from the technology acquired via Sodexo's 2017 acquisitions of Belgian expense management company Xpenditure and business travel booking tool Maya. Sodexo combined the tools for the desktop version of its platform, but Rydoo Expense and Rydoo Travel are separate apps. However, the company does plan to merge them into a single app eventually.
