Serviced apartment agency SilverDoor has integrated its Orbi booking technology with expense management system SAP Concur through a new app developed in collaboration with the company.
The app allows SilverDoor clients to link their Orbi account with Concur, with all booking invoices automatically uploaded to the Concur system for expense management. According to SilverDoor, Orbi also digitizes all aspects of clients' accounts, including traveler tracking and billing.
Martin Klima, SilverDoor group head of client relationships, said: "Streamlining the service we provide to clients and integrating with business technology leaders such as SAP Concur promotes not only our agency but also the serviced apartment sector as a whole."
