Serko and Troovo will offer what they're calling the
"world's only fully virtualized travel transaction process." Trips booked
via Serko's Zeno
booking tool can be paid for with virtual cards generated by Troovo's
robotic process automation system. Zeno's travel management company customers can
automatically fulfill bookings made in Zeno with robotically generated virtual
cards. That leaves TMCs' operational staff and travel consultants free to focus
on service and support for travelers. The partnership comes soon after judges at
BTN's 2018 Innovate conference in October named Australia's Troovo Innovator
of the Year and attendees gave the People's Choice award to the New
Zealand-based Serko for its Zeno booking tool, which enables New Distribution
Capability content.
