Clients' average third-quarter international trip cost increased 4 percent year over year to $2,502, including a 1 percent increase each in the cost of an airline ticket and the average daily rate of a hotel room and a 5 percent increase in the average cost of an international car rental, according to Travel Leaders Corporate.
