Sabre announced it bought Prism Group,

provider of airline corporate sales decision support tools and corporate data consolidation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Prism will operate as part of Sabre Airline Solutions and its Sabre AirVision Marketing & Planning suite of solutions, led by Darren Rickey, vice president," according to an announcement from Prism founder Michael Whitesage. "Prism's staff will remain the same. I am joining Sabre Airline Solutions' team to continue working with our customers and to lead the integration plan along with David Jaqua and Les Baker, key leaders on the Prism management team."
