Partnership Travel Consulting opened a London office to cover Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and added two staffers.

The consultancy named Stephen Armstrong to serve as managing partner for the EMEA region. His previous industry experience includes stints at Avis Budget and British Airways. PTC also appointed AnnaCarin Sundin to lead its airline strategy practice. Based in New York, Sundin previously worked at American Express in a variety of roles.
