Lanyon introduced a tool that benchmarks users' negotiated hotel rate programs against data from more than 800 Lanyon corporate accounts,
the company announced Monday. The Marketplace Intelligence tool presents data as an "interactive online dashboard with visualizations that include Google maps, scorecards, charts and graphs and drill-down analytics," according to Lanyon. Among its features, users can compare their rates and amenities negotiated with a hotel against what that hotel offers other corporate clients who are Lanyon users.
