<H1>Int'l Ticketless Standards On Horizon</H1> The Air Transport Association is about to finalize North American interlining standards for electronic ticketing and will be adopting them in the next few weeks, according to Mike Muller of the International Air Transport Association in Geneva. That agreement also will serve to speed up the adoption of international standards-a vital need if electronic ticketing is to become a global reality. "So as not to reinvent the wheel," Muller said, IATA will adopt the ATA standards as a starting point, and expects to have international standards set by October. IATA will hold seminars on electronic distribution in Kuala Lumpur on June 24 and 25, and in Los Angeles on Oct. 13 and 14.
