Travel management company HRG has four more acquisitions "in the pipeline to give us more infill" in the United States, group CEO David Radcliffe told its U.K. client conference this week. Radcliffe said he expected the acquisitions to take place in the next two to three months. HRG also is completing deals to sign licensees in the Netherlands and Belgium, the two important remaining gaps in its European network. HRG used the conference to announce it is implementing MeetingView as its global meetings technology solution starting Oct. 2. MeetingView is provided by Santa Clara, Calif.-based OnVantage Inc., which recently merged with StarCite Inc., based in Philadelphia
(Meetings Today, Aug. 14).
Earlier this week, HRG parent company Hogg Robinson announced that it would float on the London Stock Exchange at the end of this month
(BTNonline, Sept. 5).
