CCRA Travel Solutions acquired both the agency trade association Outside Sales Support Network and its ID booking system, Travel Retailer Universal Enumeration Systems,

the company announced on Tuesday. Both OSSN, which has more than 75 active chapters across the United States, and TRUE will be autonomous entities within CCRA and will continue to be run by founders Gary and Melody Fee. The acquisition will give TRUE coding, a system of numeric codes for certified agencies, a global reach and "will solve a very real challenge among international travel agencies who are faced with the lack of recognition by their industry suppliers," according to Gary Fee.
