Questionnaires will be sent out this week to determine inclusion in the guide, which lists contact information for airlines, car rental, ground transportation, hotel companies, payment systems, travel management consultants and lawyers, industry associations, technology companies, major travel agencies and networks, international business services and travel management courses.
