BCD Holdings announced 2012 sales of $22.8 billion, including $8.5 billion by partners.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization increased 5 percent to $124 million, the company indicated. BCD Holdings owns BCD Travel as well as Parkmobile International, Park 'N Fly, online travel company Travix and industry automation and data management provider TRX.
