Global travel agency network Radius Travel has moved into the
meetings and events business. Henrietta Balint will both direct and lead global
sales for the division, which will carry over Radius Travel's
"best-in-market" philosophy that leverages local market expertise to
provide global coverage. To that end, Radius Travel has brought into its
network UK-based independent meetings and travel management company Inntel as
well as Germany-based global event and strategic meetings specialist Proske.
Radius Meetings & Events will offer three meetings solution categories:
event management and stand-alone services for one-time or recurring events;
specialized solutions like incentive programs or virtual reality support; and
strategic meetings management program design and support.
