New Co-Chair for Meetings Mean Business Coalition

The Meetings Mean Business Coalition has selected Fred Dixon, president and CEO of NYC & Co., as co-chair, effective Jan. 2. He will take over for Julie Coker Graham, president and CEO of the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, who will remain on the MMBC executive committee. At NYC & Co., Dixon develops and implements New York City's tourism and convention development strategy. He also holds positions on travel industry association boards and planning committees, including those of the U.S. Travel Association and the U.S. Department of Commerce's Travel and Tourism Advisory Board.
