HRS' small meetings booking tool Meetago has integrated with
Amadeus Cytric travel and expense solution, allowing ad hoc meeting organizers
and their attendees to manage event arrangements and travel bookings in a
unified system. Meeting organizers can access the Meetago functionality through
the Cytric tool. Attendees book their travel in the same ecosystem, enabling
Cytric to roll up consolidated reporting per event along with the associated
travel costs. The Meetago functionality drives the request for proposal
process, offering 350,000 hotel properties and menus to define simple meeting requirements.
Once the planner accepts a proposal through the system, meeting attendees can
book their travel to the event. With the integrated platform, travelers can now
see both event and travel details combined on the Cytric mobile app. A future
integration with Amadeus MeetingBroker will allow hoteliers to automate the RFP
responses for timely turnaround on bids.
