Linda McNairy will become Markey's CEO, effective Nov. 3
Live and hybrid event technology and production company Markey’s
on Thursday announced meetings, travel and hospitality industry veteran Linda
McNairy as its next CEO, effective November 3. McNairy succeeds CEO Mark Miller.
McNairy has more than 25 years of leadership experience,
including global VP of strategic meetings at American Express Meetings &
Events and in leadership roles at meetings management technology providers like
Starcite and The Active Network. She is widely respected for her strategic
vision, developing and leading high-performing teams, and her deep commitment
to customer and employee engagement.

Markey’s operates in offices throughout the Midwest, Central
Florida, Southwest Texas, Colorado and Washington D.C. and offers audiovisual
services in hotels, convention centers and meeting venues throughout the United

Miller will remain at the company through the end of the
year to ensure a smooth transition, after which time he will act as a member of
the board of directors.
