Simple meetings technology provider Groupize has rolled out a data module on the Tableau platform that aims to enable corporates to digest and visualize data from Groupize, as well as other sources like meetings management platforms and corporate travel booking technology SAP Concur. It's a data merge that may start to show the connections among disparate information silos and begin to provide insights to customers that none of the individual sources alone can—or, perhaps, want—to enable on their own. "We are signing a ton of large enterprises, and everyone knows that these clients want the data. The data is king," he said. "We have good reporting [for the simple meetings data Groupize captures], but we never wanted to be a business intelligence company, so this is a partnership that fills the richer data requirement."Groupize Tableau is an add-on to the basic Groupize reporting package and is offered with three access levels.
