meetings management solution that specifically fills a mid-market gap for such
platforms but can also support larger organizations.
The Australia-based business travel and meetings agency designed
the solution to address organizational needs through the meetings management
maturity journey. To that end, the platform offers three levels of functionality
to meet strategic meetings objectives:
Meetings Essentials – Introduces visibility and
compliance measures, centralizing meeting activity to tame chaos. Features include
designated account management, onboarding sessions, venue finding tools and
standardized reporting.
Meetings Enablement – As clients progress, meeting
and event delivery, consistency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment across
functions becomes more critical. The solution supports clients with centralized
operations, formalized supplier strategies and enhanced stakeholder engagement.
Meetings Intelligence – In its most advanced
function, the FMC solution focuses on the strategic value of meetings as assets
that inform business decisions through optimization and benchmarking. The company
asserts that customers will leverage meetings intelligence to enhance corporate
performance and decision-making.
