Cvent has acquired Social Tables, an event diagramming, seating and collaboration platform. The acquisition means Cvent users will be able to collaborate with the venues to create diagrams and renderings and view 3D visualizations of meeting spaces. The acquisition follows Cvent's acquisition of experiential event booking and distribution platform Kapow.
