Meeting planning and management platform
Bizzabo is set to introduce an AI-powered attendee copilot called Bizzy in the
second quarter of the year that will act as a “personal concierge” for event
participants.
Available via the company’s mobile event app,
Bizzy will be integrated within the Bizzabo platform, “which will serve
as its source of truth for all event information,” according to Bizzabo co-founder and CMO Alon Alroy.
“As organizers build their event in the
platform—adding sessions, speakers, attendee profiles and other information—Bizzy
automatically syncs this data via a secure API. This eliminates the need for
manual setup or complex data entry,” he said.
Event organizers can also upload additional resources, such as an FAQ
sheet, to build the chatbot’s knowledge base. Bizzy can answer attendee questions “in real time” to help navigate agendas and
venues, surface sessions and speakers, and identify people to network with,
according to Bizzabo.
Under the hood, the chatbot’s conversational engine is powered by “a
leading enterprise-grade, closed-source LLM,” while its “core intelligence”
relies on Bizzabo’s proprietary Retrieval-Augmented Generation algorithm and
routing layers, Alroy explained.
“This architecture securely connects the AI directly to our native event
data to make sure responses are highly accurate, context-aware and safely
contained to the specific event,” he said.
Bizzy will be rolled out gradually from Q2 and will be offered a
“premium capability” within Bizzabo’s Event Experience OS. According to the company, it will be billed as an add-on to
existing subscriptions and can be utilized for an unlimited number of events.
