BCD M&E Buys Life Sciences & Tech Specialist

BCD Meetings & Events has acquired Raleigh, N.C.-based Plan 365, a pharmaceutical and high-tech marketing logistics company. The move strengthens BCD M&E’s life sciences compliance expertise and speaker bureau management and adds a go-to-market management model for high-tech customers. The acquisition adds 50 employees to BCD M&E’s team. Founder Carey Barnes will continue to lead Plan 365; operations will remain in Raleigh, where BCD M&E’s Life Sciences Center of Excellence also is headquartered.
