Meetings organizer AIM Group International opened an office in Dubai Monday. The move is premised on AIM's partnership with corporate training and management consulting firm Challenge Network, which is headquartered in Rome and has been active in Dubai for more than three years. "We can offer corporate and association clients complete solutions ranging from business consulting to events organization, from communication to training," said AIM president Gianluca Buongiorno. Dubai marks AIM's 17th office. Director of international operations Marco Quagliarella noted: "Dubai is one of the emerging destinations in the international meetings market. The government is investing heavily to further develop this industry over the coming years." The new office also positions AIM to work on the six-month Expo Dubai 2020.
