BCD Travel has developed a new analytics framework through its Tripsource platform that lets clients work with program, payment and risk data via natural language, the travel management company announced.
Tripsource Insights brings data across BCD's systems and suppliers into a single interface and makes it accessible via an AI analyst. The interface provides "dynamic, at-a-glance" visualization and natural-language query capabilities for users to pull insights from the data, the company said.
For travel managers, Tripsource Insights can provide real-time data on performance, adoption and carbon emissions, and finance teams can use the platform to see spending across categories and a view of virtual card adoption at "a granular scale," according to BCD. The platform also includes a traveler safety dashboard showing destination intelligence and risk alerts.
"The depth and accuracy of BCD’s data is what makes the intelligence in this platform genuinely unique," BCD EVP of product planning and development Yannis Karmis said in a statement. "That advantage is built into every query, visualization and insight that guides our clients’ decision-making with data they trust."
