Travel risk management provider WorldAware's new Worldcue Communicator alerts companies in real time which employees may be impacted by a threatening or critical event. From the same interface, travel managers then can send messages by email, SMS, push notification and/or text-to-voice. In addition, they can require a response and automatically resend at a specific interval until they've received a reply. Companies can monitor responses on a dashboard. Previously, a travel manager would receive an alert about an incident, go into the system to identify affected employees and switch over to the communication capability. Now all three occur seamlessly.
