The Global Business Travel Association has named Sehrab Grewal as VP of business development and head of consulting for WINiT by GBTA. Grewal joins from J.D. Power, where she led relationships with major associations representing hotels, airlines, airports, car rental companies, online travel agencies, cruise lines and travel companies. She has worked with senior executives to improve performance via research and consulting, including customer experience measurement and management for meetings and events.
