TripActions has redesigned its travel manager dashboard and added
visibility into traveler sentiment with a customer satisfaction score; agent
service, including the number of support agent interactions and amount of time
it takes to reach support agents; and at-a-glance insights into global and
regional spend. TripActions also has added a public Trust and Transparency Center,
which provides data on the travel management company's performance data across
its client base on average time to book a trip, time to reach a live agent,
average hotel savings and traveler satisfaction.
In addition, clients can enable a carbon impact reporting
feature on the dashboard. Travel managers can see their companies' carbon footprints
from air and rail at the booking level and company level and receive monthly
summaries, along with how much it would cost to offset their carbon use. Travelers
also can view their own carbon footprints.
In the upcoming months, TripActions will add a new way
for travelers to redeem rewards on the hotel savings they can get on TripActions'
price-to-beat feature. In addition to Amazon gift cards and personal travel, travelers
also will be able to devote their rewards to their companies' chosen carbon
offset programs.
