Sabre Corp. has launched its Traveler Experience
Platform, which combines booking, management, payment and risk management into
a single app. The platform pulls booking capabilities from GetThere, itinerary
management and messaging from TripCase and electronic payment capabilities from
Sabre Virtual Payments and SafePoint, though which travelers can use GPS to
check in with employers during emergencies. The app is available immediately to
Sabre clients and prospects, according to a spokesman.
