Dubai-based travel technology company QuadLabs has launched a new automation platform for travel management companies, agencies and travel platforms, designed to help them reduce manual processes, the company announced.
Features of QuadLabs' Konnect Absolute platform include automated quality control, file finishing to standardize booking data and automated ticketing and fulfillment, according to the company. It can validate bookings and move the finalized data into a TMC or agency's financial and back-office systems.
The platform is available globally, according to QuadLabs.
Previously announced clients of QuadLabs include Saudi Arabian carrier Saudia, which partnered with the company to develop a corporate travel management tool, and Bahrain-based TMC Kanoo, which built a travel management tool on QuadLabs' platform.
