Susan Finkbeiner, who started her travel career at American Airlines and retired as global head of T&E at financial services firm Jefferies, died on Oct. 14. Twelve years after joining American, Finkbeiner became VP of travel services at Goldman Sachs, and 10 years later, BTN named her the 2004 Travel Manager of the Year. She worked for Jefferies from 2010 until her retirement in 2017.
