JetBlue has raised its fee for the first checked bag by $5, becoming the first major U.S. airline to reach $30, according to Bloomberg. The media outlet reported that the carrier also raised the fee for a second checked bag by $5 to $40 and for a third bag by $50 to $150 and that the change took effect for all bookings made starting Monday.
