Workplace Options now provides rapid-response
psychological support for International SOS clients, adding to ISOS's health
and security advice and ground support for business travelers and expats.
"Whether caught in a security incident, working offshore for weeks or [dealing
with] the pressure of heightened travel and security risks, the stresses on a
mobile workforce can be great and varied," said ISOS group medical
director of assistance Neil Nerwich. Workplace Options' short-term counseling
for these concerns will help prevent long-term effects, he said. Available in
more than 60 languages and by phone, video call or face to face, the service also
is available to managers, local employees and families.
