Two years after Gail Grimmett joined Travel Leaders Group as president of the company's Elite Travel Division, the travel management company announced she is leaving. Grimmett moved over from Delta after 20 years to head the division, which formed upon her arrival to include luxury brands Protravel International and Tzell Travel Group. More recently, her umbrella was rebranded to Travel Leaders Luxury Brands. Grimmett will depart "later in May." Becky Powell, who was named Protravel general manager and COO in January, will become president of the brand. Tzell SVP of corporate planning and strategy Cindy Schlansky and SVP of operations Monty Swaney will lead Tzell as co-presidents. All three will work on strategic direction with Travel Leaders Group CEO Ninan Chacko.
