GoldSpring Consulting and Nina & Pinta have agreed to a strategic partnership to serve global clients. Nina & Pinta was founded in 2015 by Jo Lloyd and Chris Pouney and joined by Monique Swart. The firm primarily serves clients based in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mark Williams founded GoldSpring in 2013, and the company acquired Management Alternatives in February 2015 and Managed Travel Consulting in July 2015. GoldSpring primarily serves United States-based clients.
