The service spans planning, preparation, execution, final review and audit and also helps corporates implement travel policies and manage travel service strategy through reorganizations and M&A. "A renewed emphasis on the traveler experience and increasing technology complexities are driving the need for buyers to have a travel technician sitting at the table," the company said in a media release. GoldSpring has hired Kathy Kent as senior consultant to oversee SpringBoard Implementation. She joins from Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where she was VP of global implementations and solution engineering.
