The Global Business Travel Association and iJet on Thursday released an enhanced travel risk management self-assessment tool with
additional questions for its 10 main categories, including response and
recovery and data management, according to GBTA research director Monica
Sanchez. The Travel Risk Management Maturity Model self-assessment tool formerly
had one question for each category, explained Sanchez, noting that the tool now
can offer more detailed evaluations to corporations looking to improve or
develop risk management programs. The tool also provides recommendations regarding
legal, human resources, safety, security and business continuity and is free to
GBTA members.
