The Global Business Travel Association Foundation has launched a sustainable aviation fuel learning hub, the organization announced Monday.
Dubbed SAF Corporate Connect, the hub offers corporate travel managers and sustainability leaders "knowledge and tools to understand, evaluate and integrate SAF into their programs," according to GBTA. It was developed with support from GBTA sustainability partners.
The hub offers guidance on SAF purchasing options and integration strategies via a "SAF playbook for corporate travel," webinars, case studies, information on SAF developments, and a global forum for corporate travel managers to connect with peers, suppliers and SAF experts to share experiences and foster collaboration, according to GBTA.
Information is available to all and not restricted to GBTA members, according to the foundation.
"When it comes to the complex world of SAF, corporate travel managers need practical tools to build strong business cases and engage internal stakeholders," GBTA SVP of advocacy and sustainability and GBTA Foundation managing director Delphine Millot said in a statement. "SAF Corporate Connect will help companies and industry professionals understand the SAF market, engage suppliers, and communicate progress with credibility."
