FCM has added four products to its SmartSUITE platform.
SmartTRACK scans global distribution systems every 15
minutes for unused e-tickets and monitors them until they're exchanged or used.
It also can track non-GDS tickets and sends expiration notices.
SmartPAY assigns a 16-digit virtual card number to a
transaction, matches the payment amount to the booking amount and submits to
the supplier. It requires travel managers to set up a virtual card pool with a
banking partner that can integrate with the system or to use eNett's prefunded
option, which earns 5 percent back on each month's volume.
SmartRATE uses tripBAM to monitor fluctuating hotel rates
and compare them based on customers' pre-set rules. FCM rebooks automatically.
SmartFARE uses Yapta to shop for lower fares
based on travelers' rules. FCM can rebook and use either the corporation's
negotiated rates or FCM's.
