Extended Stay America has launched a suite of business travel products and services for corporate travel managers called Works. The program offers three levels of service, based on customers' room-night production. Offerings include customized client landing pages for booking, plus reporting on bookings/stays; tools to manage spend and reservations; preferred partner pricing; a 24/7 customer assistance line; dedicated account managers for assistance with bookings, billing and reporting; and central direct billing. Works also provides free enrollment in ESA's rewards program, Extended Perks, which offers deals for both leisure and business travel across the U.S.
