Data visualization intelligence specialist DVI now integrates
off-channel booking data captured by aggregator Traxo on behalf of mutual clients
into DVI's suite of tools. The integration leverages Traxo's Connect platform,
which captures itinerary and cost details for bookings made directly with
travel suppliers or other online travel agencies. DVI/Traxo Connect clients can
choose to link the data to their DVI dashboards automatically. The alliance
gives mutual clients "instant insights and powerful visualization tools to
proactively tackle their program leakage instead of having to wait for expense
reports or credit card data," noted DVI president Brian Beard. The
real-time visibility into program leakage simplifies compliance tracking,
supplier negotiations and spend management for travel managers, according to
the companies.
