Australia-based travel management company Corporate Travel Management executive director and CEO of Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia Laura Ruffles is stepping down from those roles "due a personal health issue," effective immediately, the company announced Tuesday.
However, Ruffles will "remain with CTM to continue her leadership of customer-facing technology, aligned to delivery of our five-year plan," according to the company.
CTM's regional CEOs now will report to CTM managing director Jamie Pherous, who in a statement said, "I would like to thank and acknowledge Laura's significant contribution as an executive director and senior leader over many years and I'm pleased she will remain involved with CTM in a pivotal role that provides the flexibility she needs at this time."
